ETHICS, CONDUCT, AND SUSTAINABILITY POLICY

Ethical conduct as a guarantee of our sustainability is a fundamental value in the development of our work; it is a trust-generating factor that represents a genuine mark of distinction for our customers and other interested parties.

Ethical behavior is based on the principles and commitments reflected in our quality and environmental policy. Therefore, knowing them must be a priority for everyone, just as it is for Preparts to ensure their compliance.

Preparts’ management encourages us to continue working in accordance with these ethical behavior guidelines, placing special emphasis on:

  • Not allowing actions, such as harassment for any reason (sexual, social, work-related, or due to gender).
  • Avoiding engaging in verbal or non-verbal conduct, through actions or omissions, that may be contrary to gender equality, race, and beliefs, to free sexual orientation, to the full integration and inclusion of disability.
  • Being careful with the duties of confidentiality and the use of privileged information.
  • Not allowing conflicts of interest. A conflict of interest is a corruption risk that could turn into an act of corruption.
  • We will not accept any gifts, invitations, travel, meals, or financial compensation.
  • Disseminating, protecting, and promoting among customers and interested parties the fundamental right to privacy.
  • Avoiding unjustified engagement in actions that generate or seek to favor third parties.
  • Offering guarantees of equal treatment and non-discrimination.
  • Avoiding the capture of decisions and actions by interest groups.
  • Rejecting any form of corruption or bribery.
  • Complying with and observing safety and health regulations.
  • Promoting work relationships based on mutual trust and respect for a positive work environment, supporting inclusion, and ensuring equal treatment and opportunities for men and women.
  • Rejecting any form of discrimination based on birth, racial or ethnic origin, gender, sexual orientation, religion or convictions, opinion, ideology, functional diversity, age, or any other personal or social condition or circumstance.
  • Driving the professional development of its employees, while promoting continuous training.
  • Not allowing child labor.
  • Contributing to respect for and the preservation of the environment.
  • As well as all the points expressed in the Preparts quality and environmental policy.
