We specialize in manufacturing ball joints, fittings, and precision parts in various materials. We always work under strict quality control and with certified, fully trusted suppliers.
Machine park
Our machine park consists of a section of Glidemaster multi-spindle lathes, where we manufacture medium or large series parts with diameters ranging from 4 to 26 mm in all types of materials. All are equipped with shaving units, inversion threaders, tangential threaders, rollers, pick-up devices, polygonal attachments, and bar loaders on most of them. Equipment that is more than sufficient for production optimization, guaranteeing stable and long-lasting processes.
We also have several CNC lathes with 2 to 8 axes, where we manufacture sliding or fixed head parts with diameters of 3 to 50 mm, in all types of materials, guaranteeing the highest quality in complex or simple parts and in small, medium, or large series.
This machine park is complemented by a wide range of auxiliary machinery and transfer machines for post-machining phases if necessary, as well as a section for cleaning and treating finished parts.
