INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY

OBJECTIVE

The mission of Preparts S.L. is to carry out its activity of manufacturing turned parts and grinding parts, continuously improving their quality, positioning itself one step ahead of customer expectations.
Our goal is to be the leading supplier in the region and recognized throughout the sector.
The future of our organization will be secured through the commitment to quality in the products we manufacture, the service focus towards our customers, as well as through the qualification and involvement of our employees.

COMMITMENT

The effort to satisfy the customer will be the focal point of everything we do. The future of our organization will be determined by the quality of our response to customer needs and a commitment to the prevention of pollution, the sustainable use of resources, climate change mitigation or adaptation, and the protection of biodiversity and the ecosystem.
The fundamental basis of the strength of our organization resides in its employees, for whom we will strive at all times to provide a work environment that facilitates their motivation, competence, and pride in their contribution to the work performed, with a Zero Tolerance policy regarding workplace discrimination, in accordance with our code of ethics, conduct, and sustainability.
We will promote the sustainable use of resources, climate change mitigation or adaptation, and the protection of biodiversity and the ecosystem. Analyzing, alleviating, reducing, and/or compensating for our carbon footprint and its environmental impact.

  • Analyzes business and system risk factors, as well as the opportunities affecting our sector including the environment, and establishes all necessary actions to address them.
  • Places greater emphasis on our company’s ability to adapt to rapid changes and manage crisis situations.
  • Introduces appropriate technical and digital means to increase our service capacity.

To achieve this, the strategy has been adopted to create a quality and environmental system based on processes, which is reviewed annually by an external company accredited by ENAC, to achieve certification of conformity according to standard ISO 9001-2015 and ISO 14001.2015. Likewise, we will establish the indicators corresponding to each of the measurable parameters to which we will assign values that will constitute our quality objectives for the fixed period, which will be accompanied in the manual and procedures defined by the company and will be reviewed jointly at predetermined periods.

The relationships of our organization, internally with our collaborators and externally with subcontractors, suppliers, and customers, will be honest, objective, and straightforward, always recognizing the dignity of the person as a member of the team.
